Our Box Office

Welcome, Ambridge Research Fellows, to the Academic Archers box office.

This is where you secure your place at our conferences, two days of scholarly Ambridology, whether there is a 'Dr' in front of your name or not. All you need is a passion for life in the village and a wish to dig a little deeper into its lives, landscapes and squabbles, and a spirit that matches our values, of joyfulness, generosity and curiosity.

Academic Archers 2027

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March 2027
Online, from the University of Felpersham

This year we gather (tongue firmly in cheek) at the University of Felpersham, convening in the rather splendid Elliot Centre for Business and the Environment. No car park, no packing, no working out which Felpersham bus runs on a Sunday or wondering if Rex will turn up in his taxi. Wherever you are, Ambridge will come to you.

The line-up is still taking shape and the call for papers will follow, but tickets are on sale right now, so you can claim your place while we get to work on the rest.

We use Ticket Tailor, which is wonderfully friendly to voluntary, not-for-profit groups like ours. Booking takes only a moment, and our current and upcoming events are listed below.

Book early, and you can stop thinking about it and get back to the latest goings-on in Ambridge.
